    What types of forklift tyres can I get a quote for?

    How do I find my forklift tyres size?
    The size is moulded into the sidewall of your existing tyre. For example “6.50-10” or “28×9-15.” You can also check the data plate inside the forklift cab or consult your operator’s manual. If you can’t find it, send us a photo of the tyre sidewall or the data plate and we’ll identify the correct size for you.
    How quickly will I receive my quote?
    We aim to respond to all quote requests within 1-2 business hours. For urgent requirements, call us directly and we’ll prioritise your enquiry. Quotes include pricing, availability, lead time, and delivery cost to your location.
    How often do forklift tyres need to be replaced?
    There’s no fixed interval, it depends on operating hours, surface type, load weight, and shift patterns. Signs that replacement is due include: cracking or chunking of the tyre, wear down to the wear-indicator line (usually a moulded groove), flat spots causing vibration, or visible steel band exposure. A daily pre-use inspection is best practice and required under SA OSH regulations.
    How is a 22 momme silk bonnet different from a cheaper satin bonnet?
    Solid tyres are made from dense rubber with no air cavity so they never puncture, last longer, and suit smooth indoor floors. Pneumatic tyres are air-filled (like a car tyre) and provide better shock absorption on rough or uneven surfaces, making them suitable for outdoor yards and loading areas. The right choice depends on your specific operating environment.
